I love this video. I love it even more now that I know the guy is an accountant. I guess they aren’t all boring.
Every now and then my work becomes very overwhelming for me. Yesterday was a tipping point for me. I left work at 9pm, hopped in a taxi and promptly burst into tears. I emailed my Mum today telling her how tough my job is at the moment and how I’m not sure how much longer I can keep doing it. She wrote me back such an encouraging email that I feel better already.

When Berry rang our surfing instructor yesterday to confirm the lesson he remembered us from last year - and said - yes, the two Irish girls.
Berry and I have a surfing lesson on Saturday. I’ve been surfing once in my life (last year, same place, same instructor, same partner in crime). B emailed the instructor guy and described my skill level as:

Today I wore a new dress to the office. It always amazes me how great wearing a new dress can make you feel. The newness will start to wear off almost immediately. In one month I will think of it as my old dress and will most likely want to ‘update my wardrobe’.
Yet, the dress will look exactly the same in one month as it does today. I am intelligent enough to realize this but not intelligent...

Please try and ignore the taxi driver jabbering in the background. It’s rare to get in a taxi in NYC and the taxi driver is not talking a mile a minute on the phone.
WatchKate is John’s 3 1/2 year old niece. She is completely fearless. She kept us entertained with her cannonballs into the pool yesterday.
