Cavalier King Charles
At the dog park the other day a girl made mention that my Winston is not a ‘real ruby’ Cavalier King Charles because he has some white fur. I relayed this conversation back to John (and also told him that I wanted to punch her in the face for dissing my dog). Anyway, I did my research and turns out she is semi-right.
Ruby CKCs are meant to be all one color. If they have any white on them it is considered a fault. Winston has the white racing stripe on his head, white all around his muzzle, a white chest, a white belly, and one white paw. I guess that makes him super-faulty. But super-cute. So there.
