I am currently drinking this date / almond / banana shake for breakfast and it is so good. The recipe is as follows (although I left out the cinnamon as I’m not a fan of the flavor):
1 banana2 pitted fresh dates
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 cup of almond milk
a pinch of cinnamon
1 cup of ice (add more or less depending on your taste)
Combine ingredients in blender and blend until creamy and smooth.
