Regarding the recipe I posted below, I went into my local grocery store to buy almond butter yesterday. I generally buy organic whenever possible but the price differential between the organic and non-organic almond butter left me gobsmacked. What am I missing? How can the organic version be so expensive? I’m going to do some googling to see what I can find out. Anyway, in this case I opted to buy non-organic - I couldn’t justify almost $20!
