I flipped the page on my calendar this morning.

That means:
Our annual trip to Macys Santaland is around the corner.
Picking out and decorating a real live Christmas tree (big deal to an Aussie like me as real Christmas trees don’t fare well in the Australian heat).
Project Redecorate is beginning this weekend. I think I’ve vaguely mentioned on the blog plans to move to Connecticut. Those plans are on hold indefinitely. So we are going to spruce up our apartment which has been somewhat neglected during the last couple of years.
We’re all converging on Ottawa in 3 weeks. We’ll be driving up and my Mum is flying in. I’m doing a happy-dance just thinking about seeing my Mum.
