Cooking Lesson #2
I’m a terrible, no-good, very bad blogger. Why? Because I have barely blogged in recent weeks other than posting a photo of Charlotte every few days with a measly three words accompanying the photo. So look, here’s a post that has nothing to do with Charlotte! And has more than two words.
Last weekend (the weekend before the one that we just had) I had my second birthday cooking lesson. This time Berry taught me how to cook Roasted Veggies with Couscous. I was rather dubious when she went through the ingredients. I mix greek yogurt with the couscous? Really? I’m going to smash up cashews and throw them in too? How much cumin? Are you sure? Just the broccoli stalk?
Of course, it was amazing. We all had at least two or three bowlfuls.
(I know last time a number of you asked me for the recipe. I will post recipes at some stage in the future when I get my hands on the physical recipe book promised by my friends!).
