The Book Advent Calendar has been a hit. I dread to think what happens when Advent is over and there are no more books to open. I’ve also noticed that she’s been awake long after we put her down for the night. Last night John discovered the reason. We read her the newly opened Christmas book and once we tuck her in and turn out the light she then ‘reads’ each and every one of the other Christmas books that she has piled on her bed.
