A reader Cathy told me about Sprinkles cupcake mix that is available at Williams-Sonoma.  I am normally a firm believer in baking from scratch but in my first attempt at cupcake baking I figured it would be ok to have a little help from Sprinkles.  

BTW, watched the Girls Next Door the other night and Bridget said she would only move to Jamaica if they had Starbucks and Sprinkles cupcakes.  I love her!
